Steven Musngi is the Marketing Director for Team 3 Mile at Fat Atom Marketing, located in Carmel, Indiana. As Marketing Director, Steven’s responsibility is to understand a company’s brand and then create and communicate those key brand messages that are inline with a company’s mission and vision. He also has his own business consultancy called ISIP, where he helps develop and improve a company’s business or brand strategy and oversees its execution. He is a graduate of IUPUI’s The Kelley School of Business in Finance and the Herron School of Design – Indianapolis in Visual Communication.

Steven is most enthusastic when he is helping companies and individuals acheive their goals. He’s always looking for opportunties to help improve organizations not only stratigically, but also through the transformation of a company’s culture. Branding and business strategy are Steven’s passion. One thing Steven is most fascinated about is the human condition. ‘Human behavior’ is a mystery he spends time probing and attempting to understand. Steven always has an inquisitive mind, wanting to understand the “why” behind everything in life.
